Why would Satan give you laws and Commandments?

Why would Satan give you laws and commandments?
Why deliver them in every language for all to understand it?
Why does he insist you follow them, or prepare to be reprimanded?
Does he want you to live a righteous life, just the way he planned it?
Why does he want you to follow them exactly as demanded?
Why put them in your heart and mind so you are forever branded?
Would he put them every where you look so you can overstand it?
Would he give you rules to make sure that eternity is where you landed?
Why put them on walls, scrolls and books so they stay how they were handed?
Why would Satan give you guides so you are never stranded?
Why would Satan give you laws and Commandments?
