Terms of Service
In effect from 1 September 2026
This is the agreement between you and 432 The Drop Radio. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If something in it seems unfair, say so — the address is at the bottom.
1. Who we are
432 The Drop Radio, 333 N Main Street #88, Cedar City, Utah 84720. In this document “we” and “us” mean that. “The site” means 432thedrop.com and everything served from it.
2. You must be 18
Parts of this site host discussion and material that is not for children, and we do not have the tools to make it safe for them. If you are under 18 you may not create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we close it.
3. Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not take a handle that pretends to be Khan Drop, a Guardian, or another member; a short list of handles is refused automatically, and the rule is broader than the list.
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, and membership is read from Patreon. Both are described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Membership and payment
Membership is currently supported through Patreon. You pay Patreon, not us. We never see or hold your card details, and we cannot charge you.
When you connect your Patreon account, we ask Patreon one question: are you supporting this campaign, and in what state. Your answer decides your access. If Patreon says your support has ended, access here ends, whatever else may be recorded on our side.
If a payment fails, you keep full access for fourteen days from your last successful charge, so a declined card does not cut you off mid-sentence. Cancelling, refunds and what happens to your account afterwards are set out in the Refunds and Cancellation policy.
Membership tier does not buy moderation outcomes, and it does not buy exemption from the rules below.
5. What you post stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you write, record, or upload here. You are not signing it over.
You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you posted it to, and back it up — which is the whole of what running the site requires. That permission is not exclusive, we do not licence your work on to anyone else, and it ends when you delete the content, except for copies already in routine backups and any copy we are required to keep as a record of a report or a moderation decision.
Post only what is yours to post. If the words, music, or footage belong to someone else, you need their permission.
6. What we publish is not yours to redistribute
The music, broadcasts, artwork and writing published here by 432 The Drop Radio remain ours. Membership buys you access to them; it does not buy the right to re-upload, resell, or republish them elsewhere.
7. The rules of the room
The Community Guidelines are part of this agreement. They cover what is expected, what ends an account, the controls you hold yourself, and how to appeal.
A Guardian can hide a message, remove a post, or suspend an account. Every one of those actions records who did it, when, and why — the reason is required by the database, not merely by policy. A removal is marked as ours rather than disguised as your own deletion, and you can appeal it. A suspended account can still appeal.
8. Copyright
If something here uses your work without permission, you can file a notice without an account. A person reads every one. Nothing is removed automatically.
If copyright notices against your account are upheld more than once, you lose access. Only notices a Guardian looked at and agreed with are counted; ones we rejected, or that you successfully disputed, are not.
9. Ending it
You can stop being a member at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account outright. Neither requires a phone call or an explanation.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks the Guidelines. Except where the law requires us to act immediately — material involving children, or a credible threat — you get a reason and a route to appeal it.
10. What we do not promise
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that everything will work, or that nothing will ever be lost. We run backups; we do not guarantee them. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.
We do not endorse what members post. A room where people argue is the point of the place, and their words are theirs.
11. What we owe you if something goes wrong
If we get something wrong and it costs you money, what we owe you is limited to what you paid for membership in the twelve months before it happened. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data beyond that amount.
Nothing in this section limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in Iron County, Utah, and both of us agree to that. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the place you live.
13. Changes
These terms will change as the site does. When they change in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page, and the date at the top will move. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. If you do not, close your account.

If any part of this agreement turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of it still stands. Not acting on a breach once does not mean we have given up the right to act on it later.
